Summer at Cross Lake
Summers at Cross Lake Provincial Park include a lot of outdoors and water related activities. There is over 7km of hiking trails throughout the park. For those that like the water – they allow fishing, power boating, water skiing, canoeing, and kayaking. They have a beach available to both campers and day use making Steele Lake an excellent place to spend a summer afternoon.
Winter at Cross Lake
Cross Lake Provincial Park is also very useful in the wintertime! Those 7km of hiking trails become ungroomed cross country skiing trails in the winter and there is ice-fishing available on the lake.
Camping at Cross Lake
Cross lake has a couple camping options available. There is 15/30 amp power hookups available for RVers or if you want to hike into a camping spot, they have 7 unserviced spots on the north end of the lake.
